I like to know what software was used to Draw this or how its done i attached this picture

I think you could create something like that in 3D Max. One way to create something like that is first to create the outer box, then cut it (to have inside empty), then add what is inside of it. Someone wiser may tell you the exact functions and such ones you need to use, but I think that is the general idea behind it. I'm not very experienced with this part of computing world, there may also be other programs and ways.

That object could have been created using almost any 3D app. I'm more experienced in Maya, so I can only tell you the tools I would use in that program.
you could use either nurmbs or polygons. with nurms, I would start with a basic nurbs cube, delete one side, duplicate it, and loft them together (that would fill in the gap between the two cubes). then I would intersect the cubes with cylingers, and use the trim tool to get the circular cutouts. Same basic procedurs for polygons, except the tools change a bit. you would use connect poly tool instead of loft, and can't remember the tool used to cut holes in poly's (I'll probably think of it later, when I'm trying to figure something else out). I could probably sit down and make a pdf tutorial for ya in a couple of days (after I finish moving) if ya want. |

Yeah, i was about to say, this looks like a solid edge image. It too simple of a shading for 3D Max, although you can do it in that program. But i would say it was done by a program specifily geared for piece part drawings like solid edge. |

You don't need Maya or Max for that, Blender's more than capable of producing the same quality model. I'd probably just use careful boolean cuts then tune it up with some manual vertex moves. I'm not very good with NURBS.
