I need advice on how to manage all the Image files on my computer and Put them in One place. Now they are all over my 3 Drives. Which Software i need to use.

Depends on what you want the prog to do.. just view, origanze, store, catelogue etc...
Two progs that come to mind are ACDSEE which you can get a free trial version and Google's Picasa which is free. -------------------- "Scenes change before my eyes

I use ACDSee, but I have to say that the last versions are bloatted.
