Stupid bitch swerved into me and knocked me into a tree. Then lied about what happens. I'm 18. She's 45. The fact shes had her license for less time doesnt matter. Her word wins. Once again, I'm 18 and paying for insurance now wont be fun

Ahhhhhhhhh that sucks man. I can sympathize with you about idiots on the roads (my favorites are people that think flipping on their turn signal gives them the right of way and the right to instantly cut in front of you even if there's only a few inches of clearance).
I had a great experience the other day where some piece of shit driver in some piece of shit minivan crossed the road in front of me... of course I was doing 45 (not speeding) and no more than 40 feet from her. If I hadn't slammed my brakes and semi-swerved almost into the roadside drainage ditch, I probably would have cut the bitch's car in half. I was screaming some various profanities which I shall not repeat here for a few minutes after that. :P /rant Hope you suffered no injuries and she broke all her limbs.
