I hope this is the correct forum. But does anyone know where I can download ring tones for a Motorola Razr phone and how do I install them in the phone?

not knowing the phone, but if it has bluetooth that is one possibility. the way I handled it with my own (Nokia N-Gage). Other way is to send sms to those pay-services that offer some for your phone as well, and they send you a link to it or the ring tone itself, and then it gets to the memory of the device thus allowing it to be played.

A friend of mine has one, and it does come with bluetooth. It also plays MP3's
