What's the best popup blocker for Internet Explorer? I've tried EMS Free Surfer MK II and the MSN Toolbar, but found them to be mediocre compared to the integrated popup blocking in Netscape 7.1.

I'm using MyIE2 with built in Popupblocker, I love it, comes with a bunch of other options.

pop up stopper pro works great for me .... and I've even had good success with the one intergrated into XP SP2 ..... it works fairly decent and is easy to override

TweakXP has a nice popup blocker and ad blocker.
Or, just switch to Mozilla, Firefox or Opera. Two clicks of two radio buttons and no popups. But that's all personal preference. |

Thanks for all the recommendations. I'm trying PopUpCop now and it's blocking everything, including all the annoying executables that like to load in the background.

I've used EMS Free Surfer in the past and found it middling-to-half-decent. AdMuncher worked much better, but seemed to really lag my net performance.
I'll check into some of these other suggestions and see if they're more reasonable. Thanks all! |

I have used NetCaptor since it first came out which has integrated pop up blocking and use Meaya when actually using IE6. Very happy with both but neither is freeware.
