Well looks like starting Monday I start a new job.

After working on cars(Volkswagens) for 2 years as a Master VW Technician I am going back into the world of computers.
Will be working for DELL in technicial support. :D

Hopefully all goes well cause my wife is also 3 months pregnant, and this preg is looking good so far. :D :P

I know I will be behind a proxy and I still have no internet at home, no braodband availiable and I refuse to pay $600 up front for slow satelitte.

I should be around the same, hopefully. Since this is a .net site. :D

Lol, no I live in between where I use to live and a larger city. Its a small old school town that has a private College Prep school. Theres over 100 houses in my neighboor hood but no cable or DSL, its odd. :P  ;)

No broadband? It's been so long since I've had mine that I can barely remember life without it (lol, j/k). I suppose a 56k connection is better than no conection at all.

Anyways, I hope your new job turns out all right. Just make sure you choose your job based on whether you somewhat enjoy doing it or not.

Ok I started the training and what not, which is cool, hard and alot of pressure.

We are behind a proxy, I cannot even check my email.
We are all key logged, so I am hesitant to type anything that is not work related or passwords.
Also are web browsing is monitored as well remotely.

I love it though so far and hope I can pass my mid-term, final and the evaluation period out on the floor. :D ;)

Oh and thanx a bunch.

Good work man. I know how sucky both dial up and firewall's can be - they're the story of my life at the moment.

Nways, good luck with Dell. Hope all goes well with your little bub on the way too!

cheers :B
