Well Hitman pro is a mixture of Adaware SE, Webroot spysweeper, Spybot search and destroy, Spyblaster and CWShredder. If you start it, it runs one program after the other (including updating them). You don't have to do a thing and it's free. If I were you guys I would try it once. No I don't get any commission from it :D
