I figure sooner or later kids are either going to figure out that they shouldn't hound those who are different so drastically, or officials and parents are going to start coming down insanely hard on those who do. Not that I condone such action, but the kid obviously had a motive. Even if he did sound looney, apparently he was walking through the hall smiling and stuff as he did this.
