Linkage It's a shame, but obviously no one was wise enough to catch any signs of it beforehand in order to prevent it. And I'm sure there were plenty of signs, so who knows where the blame should really fall to. Also, I think the similarities to Columbine are pretty much irrelevant. Yet, if you do connect them together, it just shows how incompetent people can be to let the same damn thing happen twice.
