Cool, how I do not miss the rental days. Only thing is once you own the house there is no one to complain about if you need the grass mowed. :D
I am the soul mower. and darn sometimes push mowing the 2 acre yard gets old every week, I am getting a rider but I am so lazy and cheap I hold out until the last minute. :) Which I am getting my parents, only because they are moving to another state cannot take it and I am so cheap that if not for that I would push mow if it saves me about $800-1000 dollars, I mean dang thats more money for the "boXcrash needs a 2005 R1 in the Raven color scheme" fund. :D :) Congrats on the new rental.
