I like to know what software was used to Draw this or how its done i attached this picture

I think you could create something like that in 3D Max. One way to create something like that is first to create the outer box, then cut it (to have inside empty), then add what is inside of it. Someone wiser may tell you the exact functions and such ones you need to use, but I think that is the general idea behind it. I'm not very experienced with this part of computing world, there may also be other programs and ways.
