They fired my yesterday after five years with the company. Said I wasnt perform up to their expectations.
I'm so screwed now. |

My concern was that he was looking for mine! :o
He tried to explain away that he had doubts that I was actually visiting customers and he was there to try and catch me sitting at home. It was at that point I started yelling that he was trespassing, he would have seen that my car wasn't at the house when he pulled up, and that the easiest way to check if I was visiting customer would be to check my log books and ring or visit the customers himself to see if I'd been there! He sacked me on the spot stating that he didn't feel like I was part of the team anymore and that he had lost trust in me for one reason or another. I told him if he lost trust in me that's his problem, and if he was sacking me he could look forward to a visit to the Industrial Relations tribunal for unfair dismissal. I filed a claim against them, but unfortunately with the cost of IR lawyers, my bank funds ran dry before theirs did and I ended up having to drop the lawsuit because the cost was starting to get close to the potential payout. :( Sorry for hijacking your thread Rad.
