XP pps with WIN8.1

I hope there is someone to read this, but here goes
In WIn7 I could run apps that were compatible with WINXP using the XP Virtual machine. Can I do this with WIN8.1 using the Hyper V application. If so How do I install the XP operating system as a virtual drive? |
