I used to run my rtx100 on a abit nforce2 board and it worked fine most of the time. But I ran into problems when I rendered to disk. It kept giving me an error saying my disk was full even though i had an 250+ gigs free. I also got a similar error durring an important job that called for nesting 5 sequences on an animation and appling a transition and a color filter. The mobo just couldnt handle the bandwidth, matrox says it has something to do with the northbridge. I overclocked the northbridge a little to try to get it to work. I even stuck my gpu watercooler to the northbrige with no luck. I finally gave up caved in and bought a pentium chip mobo and memory so I could finish the project I was working on. If I had to do it over I think I would have bought an avid mojo and kept my Amd system it would have been cheaper. All that aside i still like my rtx100 i just didnt like having to buy a new computer to use it.
If yours works for you awai you are a lucky! oh by the way are you able to render to disk? mpeg2?
