I want to buy a small mini Print server since my old HP
LaserJet 4 doesn't have ethernet port. I have three 3 pcs and all pcs share the printer. Yep, I have router and hub, Linksys WRT54G. What would you like to recommend? |

The following SohoWare brand is discontinued (probably because parallel port printers are getting harder to find with USB and Firewire), but I know I've seen other products like this. About $40-50 per unit.
I'm using SohoWare "Plug-n-Print" gizmos that basically plug into a Centronics parallel port and convert it to Ethernet. The software driver goes on each machine that wants to print, and you can access any printer from anywhere on your network. I have two printers set up like this -- an HP LaserJet and an Epson ink jet. I love the flexibility...print to anywhere from anywhere on the network. captbics -------------------- O Captain! my Captain! our fearful trip is done,
