I bought Panasonic Toughbook CF-73, from ebay.
everything working fine, i have just noticed that the Bios has password protected. the reason i have found that i need to format the windows and it doesn't boot from Cd-Rom it goes straight to operating system.

They said Password Reminder will show me the pass, but tried everywhere and couldn't find one that works.

I know by removing the battery will help but i have no idea and knowledge of how to and i wont be able to do.

Is there any other way around?

please thank you very much.

two possible solutions:
1) jumper called cmos on the mobo. switch it, start (it shouldn't do much but stay blank), switch it back and the password should be gone. It might also be labelled as cmos_clear or bios clear or reset. just look at the small texts on the mobo itself near the jumpers. if you can not find it, there is a possibility that it might also be labelled as jp17 or some other J"number x", in which you won't find it so easily but need to check you'r mobo's manual for the correct jumper to use.
2) other solution is to remove the battery from the mobo (should not be non-changeable, unless it is really old one), take the cords out and try to start it (uses last possibly remaining current), then put the cords back in and the bios should notice it has gotten corrupt due to not having power and reseted itself to default values.
either way, then you just go back in and set everything from the defaults to the values you deem good.
