I have an .ape file that I think is like an .iso file. I want to burn this file on to a CD so I can play the music but can not find the program to use to make the file readable. I have tried to extract with WinIso, Winimage, UltraIso, PowerIso, binchunker, etc and none of this apps recognize the file extension. Can anyone help?

I usually convert them to WAV and the burn them, or convert them to mp3
