You check Device manager to make sure everything is installed properly? Did you download or install any new updates for windows?

I am not running DeamonTools.

I installed NOTHING that's why i am so confused. and i have checked the Dive Manager, all is still there, Graphic card, sound, hdd, Bluetooth, wlan everything. I deaktivated it now and the message isn't comming up anymore but i would like to know what it is. I was thinking it's a virus or smth since i have installled nothing.

Bluetooth huh...perhaps it's picking up something from the neighbours. Wouldn't be the first time that a device is transmitting too powerfull...

You may also want to see if there are any driver updates for anything in you system (not sure if that would help, but you never know).

You might also want to try Uninstalling one item at a time in Device Manager (i.e. USB Ports, or Bluetooth) and rebooting the system. Windows should reinstall it on reboot and repair any problems, because soemtimes Windows thinks it has the right drivers for something when it actually doesn't.

Or it could be what DutchKid said, maybe your bluetooth is picking up something from on of your neighbors.

Try booting in safe mode. If the same thing happens you probably have a driver imcompatibility or corruption. Then you have to uninstall each driver one at a time, reboot and reinstall.
