Yes, believe it or not, it's true.

Zone Alarm v.5 turns off Norton's E-mail scanning feature and it's own built in scanner fails to work if installed on a system with Norton AV.

Considering they are pushing this product as the safest software firewall in the business and the fact that most people buy these products on name only and think they are safe, I'm disgusted at their attitude and glad I read up and research products before I install anything new on my box. I'm sure you guys will agree.
