Btw what is the English boulevard press up to publishing the email address of the Swiss referee for diasallowing Campbell's goal? The poor Swiss has got police escort after all the threats he got.

yeah that'll be the red top tabloids - they're just about the most "free press" in the world and get away with so much you couldnt do else where - simply put the press cant be sued for it cos the ref put the email addy on his website and thus entered it into the public domain.

Kinda anticlimax in my opinion. However all the credit to the Greeks. Even spoil-sport tactics need to be mastered and the Greeks kept it up till the finals.

I saw it on a BIG screen. Got bored half way and went to play some snooker with the sis of my GF. Was much more fun. Somehow, if holland doesn't play, I'm not interested!

kinda stale game... was hoping for a different final myself. But glad I spent the bucks on the other games. Here in the USA, I had to pay 179.00 for the whole package. So that was my big purchase this summer. You guys are lucky to see the games for free.

Was really hoping for England V. France final. - Tikk

Nice to hear somebody in the US interested in soccer. My favourite final would have been Holland vs. The Czech Republic. Can any of the Premiership followers tell me what Baros has been doing on the substitute bench of Liverpool? Actually i'm a Liverpool fan myself but have been losing interest because of the disappointing results. Hope they do well with the new capital injection and the new manager. Hope there are no Man. Utd. supporters here :P

Yeah Streetwise, I know, how odd to be in the US and follow the Footie...I love soccer the most of any sport. With Fox Sports world I am in my glory for the EPL as well. get a lot shit from my friends about being a fan...

After England and france where out, I was rooting for Czech v Holland final as well.

I thought England got robbed on the goal in the 90th min by Campbell. But without Rooney, they where going no where.

Baros is a good player, I was wondering the same about him. Where had he been all year, but lets face it... Liverpool where off the radar in the EPL all year. He had a great season before last year...

I do support Man utd. But I really like all the teams pretty equal. Its not like I live near any other supporters to worry about my health. I just enjoy the games.

Now on the MLS front, come on Metros! thats my team... LOL

rock on, Tikk
