Since installing SP2 on Windows XP I can't connect to any IRC servers. Has anyone else experienced this problem with SP2?

Funny thing is I didn't have any problem with SP2 RC2, it's just the final release that's causing problems.

Never mind, I found the problem. I'm beta testing a new version of McAfee Virus Scan Corporate Edition and it has port blocking automatically enabled for IRC. Disabled the outbound blocking and all is well.
