I don't see why everyone is claiming it to be GoTY and whatnot (on some other forums I go anyways). It's only outstanding feature, in my opinion, is it's graphics. And even those will be surpassed by Doom 3's beautiful indoor environments later this year (hopefully) and quite possibly even by Half Shit... erm, I mean Life 2... NOT TO MENTION so many other games that I can't think of off-hand. This gfx engine is nothing revolutionary. It's got a big draw distance... Ohhh, ahh.... /sacasm. The gameplay itself it really nothing revolutionary or exceptionally fun. I just don't like the feel of the weapons overall. I'm pretty well into the game and I was liking it.. then the gay mutant primate things show up. They are just annoying in my opinion. I hear the game's end is also quite shabby and a low point (although I have not yet reached it). GoTY? I think not. Good graphics but nothing to bring the whole package to the greatness it could be.

I like the graphics because its not the same dark and broody hell hole like other games, puts a little bueaty into the game. As for everything else, havn't been too impressed so far.

im digging this game, on all aspects.

not being a huge gamer, as i never have time for it, i like to stick to FPS, i just love it. and this game so far has proven great fun.

its hard, its different, and its damn funny, IMO.

sure its not the greatest thing ever, but its like Predator II (movie): Sure its not the best ever, and a little cheap, but for what it is its enjoyable.

my biggest problem about game is the control

after i move my mouse, after a delay my character finally moves

ive set my mouse sensitivity to both extremes and it still doesnt help, still trying to adjust for optimal video settings

and by the way, IM DRUNK

Twine, I also agree with you. The game is fun and graphics are great, but I don't see it being the GotY.

my game crashes right at the beginning of the carrier mission. nothing i do seems to fix it.

change graphic drivers and sound drivers???

Maybe a corrupt file somewhere, coz it only happens with the carrier mission.

I think the game is fantastic, I was still playing the demo up untill the final game came out ! I'm in aww of the gfx, looking great with my 9800pro !

Just finished it...what a good game. Not sure if the multiplayer is anygood though!

Multiplayer is fun, but average. You need atleast 20 players for most of the maps though. And they ripped off UT with assault, which dosnt come close to assault in UT. Overall multiplayer is.... Meh.... unless your online, but i havnt played it online yet.

I've tried multiplayer a bit, and I also agree that it's really nothing special... or really that much fun compared to other recent shooters. I think it's just something they added on for bragging rights on the game box.

And, yes, at first, I was thinking the same thing as RZ, lol.

i finally got this working and i beat it. it does get really hard. story was better then i was thinking it would be. i mean there was an actual twist at the end.

I didn't buy the game but I have played it, graphiclly it looks excellent though I have yet to beat it (to lazy) So please Dont give away the end !
