Well, just got back from 19 days of a great vacation to the Hawiaan Islands and Macao. It was great. Hawaii is fantastic and I would recommend it to everyone. Visited Maui and Kwai. Both islands are completely different and exotic in there own way. Maui has virtually every climate imaginable - from desert to lush rain forest. A must visit is the Haleakala crator - an extinct volcao - I hope. The flowers are gorgeous and everywhere you go. The scenery is fantastic at every turn. An the water reminds you of a Tidy Bowl cleaner in color - a deep clean blue. Gorgeous
Kwai is the emerald isle. 80% of the island is accessible only on foot or via helicopter. This island is really laid back in attitude and is more like the old Hawaii than the more settled and populated Oahu. Kwai is some of the densest rain forest in the world and in one region has the highest rainfall on earth - about 400 inches of rain a year. This island is lush and beautiful. The canyons are deep and fantastic and the volcanic origin is obvious to all.
Macau- ok but not like Hawaii.
