So Lennart Johannsson, the UEFA chairman, wants footballing women to look more female. They should wear make-up and shorter and tighter shorts. Blatter, the FIFA chairman agrees with him. I'm not always happy with Blatter's ideas but this time the 2 gentlemen have hit the nail on the head. Sex sells. The Volleyball Association realised thet earlier and introduced tighter and shorter clothing, not to mention beach volleyball. Female tennis players have realised it a long time back. You don't have to be a top player to become a millionaire. Just dress sexy and Playboy and other magazines will come to you.
I'm looking forward to the days when female footballers walk around the field with wet see-through shirts and tight shorts.

C'mon guys there must be somebody here who thinks women should not be exploited in this way or hates women who use their body rather than skills to get publicity. Or you can just laugh the way I do at the prospect of seeing half nacked women playing soccer. You don't have to know anything about sports. The question is do you have a problem with the faminity of women being used to "sell" an event in which they take part?

well, I think that could fit better our psyghology discussion.. if we are going to think about how bad it is to have women show themselves that way to us well, I for one, think its sad.. just makes look like we men dont see enough of naked girls so we have to force them to use less clothing. of course, if they want that what we are to say against it ?

I think that would be a fantastic idea... in any/every sport, as well as every profession. Nurses should wear those sexy nurse uniforms, instead of real nurse uniforms.
And like some bars, the employer should pay for a boob job after six months of employment.

What a great idea. It would sure increase attendence at the games and increase viewership on the television. What is wrong with women exploiting their bodies? Men like it and women can get paid for it. if some women doesn't like it she doesn't have to do it. Isn't this what strippers and prostitutes do.
