Hello!

I am using Spy Sweeper and had a one year subscription, now it's saying the last days oh the subscription are running out. So i bought a new key over Webrootshop. But how do i enter the key? I've searcjed through the whole program but can't find it! The inbuild help doesn't tell me either!

I am not familiar with the program but I would guess its the same as with almost any "register me" program - if it is registered, it doesnt let you to enter registration code. in other words.. you might just have to wait until the subscription is out, and then enter the code when it asks for it. just guessing thought

Bah, my PC is screwed now ... after the period end it just said "buy", but i did buy a keycode! But it doesn't ask for it argh!

So installed an old version which does ask for a code, it worked, but after the update it was a 14 day trial again, and if the 14 days are over it wants to "buy" a full version again, man i need the 4.5 as full .exe to enter my code

have you tried to click on that "buy" and see if it asks for the code after it ?

Yeah, it leads me to the webroot site and shows me 1x Spy Sweeper 4.5 for xx,xx$

Because i uninstalled many times i got a few bluescreens :S

Try deleting all entries to the program in windows explorer and in the registry and then reinstall. Be sure to look in C:\......\common files
and in C:\......applications for any mention of the program. Look for the name of the program and the developer in both windows explorer and in the registry.

A good program to use to search the registry is registry crawler and regcleaner. Both are available from various forums

Tried that thanks, so far no bluescreen. But still no way to enter a keycode, i really wonder why i bought that shit, better crack it

I can get you the full version exe file, I just need a place to up it too.

You sure you need to enter a code for your version? After i bought the key i got an E-Mail saying i need to uninstall my version, reboot and reinstall. But that did not work either.
