well office 2007 beta 2 has been released and its a public beta.
I'm yet to have a try of it, I did see some shots of beta 1 and it was looking very impressive.
For those not in the know the major change with office 2007 is the interface, it has been fully rebuilt, no more tool bars for stuff, everything is grouped so its easier to find.
Anyway, if you're interested in having a go of it check out this:

Downloaded it for my work, but won't let me activate it. So looks shitty to me 
Have to test it when I can. Now I can get to net only when we have spare time and when all 70 heads won't run to this internet laptop. I got my own laptop with me, but I need 3g mobile phone to get connected. GPRS(EDGE) isn't really fast, and it's so expensive.
Ps. Forgot to say, that I'm in army so we don't have really spare time. Few times a week.

haha.. jarhu, you got VUP or VP ? =) I always liked to get those two.. along with NKV0 ended up the liutenants and sergeants and lance corporals complains of me doing nothing lol =)
(for those not in Finnish servitude those shorts may sound weird so.. VUP = freed from servitude outside, VP = freed from servitude, NKV = freed from raising and carrying stuff, defaulted to heavier than 5kg if I recall it right - if 0 at its end then from any weight).

Well, I got KP(Suitable for service.) But I had high fever five days ago, and they placed me to hospital. And now when I got back they don't want me there anymore, since it's 7 hour travel time. Also, I can't have tickets since the ones who could do write them are at the camp.
Wow! That video of the new Office UI looks sweet! There seem to be some great new features in it. Hopefully this sleek new look means "paperclip assistant guy" is dead for good.
