having a problem opening a couple of windows programs, regedit and cmd..
its telling me that "another program is currently using this file" any ideas cus
im stumped... just noticed this tonight, not sure if anything else is having the
same problem..

i'd try a boot into safe mode and see if the problem persists there...it'll tell you if something "extra" is loading during the normal boot which shouldnt be.
