well i have a picture a friend sent me, she said she scanned it and sent it to me
and the file hasa extension of .PSF , what can i open this file with help please

Try renaming the extension to .jpg and then open it with Photoshop, or...

Open Photoshop, File menu, Open as... and open it as a jpg.

That may work.

Palette Storage Format is what it stands for, Like BearsLand said rename it and open with PhotoShop, or you can open it with Acdsee
