For the rest, PCs are my hobby

Whingeing to the Admins about the members here is pretty much my hobby. It certainly keeps me happy.

In real life, I have kids; therefore, no time for hobbies.

Hey now. I did have a stamp collection a longgg time ago. I used to collect all kinds of stuff. Stamps, coins, rocks, just to name a few. Don't make fun of me because I've lived a boring life, lol.

Hobby? Aside from computers?
That would be reading. As in books. As in 5-7 books a week, close to 50 weeks a year.
When my wife was bitching about all the 'puter pieces 'n parts laying around the other day, she stopped mid sentence... looked around at all the bookshelves covering
every wall in the house, and muttered something about 10,000 damned books.
An exaggeration: I only have about 7,500 at the moment.

Learning the game of golf. This works well becuase you can never get any good, and when you think you have a grip on BAM you don't know Spit. Puters comes next. I don't think either are cheap or relaxing.

I love gardening but have not been entirely successful. Problem bad soil that I have been working to improve. Astronomy, watching TV and computer games also on my list. But gardening is the best.

Yeah.
Great call, Zoyoff.
<get mushy>
I talk about work, and shopping, and more work, and cooking meals every day for a 4 & 5 year old, and trying to remember to tell my wife I love her... (not often enough)...
But the fact is I "waste" (NOT!) more time playing with my boy and girl than I do with any of the above.
I love 'em, I cherish 'em... and there isn't anything in cyberspace or anywhere else that gives me so much joy and unconditional love.

The bestest hobby of all!

Photography - I was a straight out film (analogue) guy up until recently and I'm now shopping around for a nice digital (currently looking at Olympus C770- can't justify extra $$ for Digital SLR)
Cars - Watching and participating in off-street racing (track and 1/4)
Music and Movies - I now work in CD and DVD sales so I have the opportunity to hear a few new albums before most - I
love my new job. My musical tastes are now VERY broad!

Our company is shortly expanding into XBox and PS2 game sales :dances:
Digital Art - I have an avid interest in this, and aspire to learn the talents of those such as our very own Muppet
My Dog - My Labrador is my ever faithful companion - dunno what I would have done without her during a period of illness I had. She's rocks!

- Computer (internet, games, forums, etc).
- Art (paper, as well as computer artwork and animation).
- Airsoft (it's like paintball, only 100x better and more kick-ass! Songi, you should definitely check it out).
- Home Theater. I recently put together a $10,000.00+ home audio system in my basement. Now all I need is a big-screen TV instead of my 27" tube (looking at a Samsung 61" DLP) and my collection of ~150 DVDs will look even as good as they sound.
- Home audio. Using the same system mentioned above, I've learned to appreciate music a LOT more than I used to. I've always loved music, and often would have it playing while I did whatever... but now, I can actually be entertained by my music as much as any movie. I can sit on my couch and just focus on it and enjoy it. Fuck it sounds awesome.

- My Dog. Love her.
- Doing anything or nothing with my friends. I've got some great ones.
