Reason for leaving....

Basically it wasn't like that, whilst starting a new project etc I took some time off. During this time the site went offline however I was away. When I came back the server it was on had died in the arse (one SATA HDD Dead). So... I was left in a situation with no spare time, and 4 days at home before I had to fly again I wasn't hanging back to finish it.

By the time I got back I was over it, the time away showed me what it was like to live away from the computer. I spoke to GK on the phone, and Wizz having problems, it seemed like a better option to let it go and move on.

(BM to assure u it's me u uni bum u were at my place with Mike and Aron and we looked at ur unroadworthy bull bar... ahem ?)

Anywayz, in this time I have taken time off to save money so I can do a 4 yr private BioEng course etc. In doing so I've gone from 136 kilos back to a sweet 102 of which i will stay Life now for me is very different, I work at CPL (Computers and Parts Land) during the week to save for my course, and mostly spend time with my girlfriend. So yeah things change, as for the Soarer it is fixed and on the market, no more sports cars.... too damn expensive. So moving to a sleek wagon Apart from working etc, GF and I are due to go away in 10 days (May 22nd) and then going overseas again November 29th this year.

If any of you were pissed off that the site didn't come back online apologies, but I really didn't feel like sitting around spending inundated hours just for people to get sharp with eachother. Free Speech was taken out of context, and people were getting nasty. I felt it better left alone. Messenger, you are one of these people that never ceases to amaze me how and individual can be brought into this world so mundane and obnoxious. I spent the better part of 3 years on this place, slightly more. Studying, working and spending hours upon hours a night on it till early hours. If I feel like a break, I shall do so. You put the hours in, you pay the bills then u make the decisions. Untill that just and fair day comes upon you keep your ferral little tongue in your mouth.

Last note...

I will pop in now and again, maybe once a month or so, maybe once every 2 months. Not sure yet. Once we return from holiday I will build myself a new Shuttle Box for home instead of the one for work. At that time I may be more frequent, but as I said, I have no rush at this point to do so. I strive to excel in the real world, and if somewhere along the lines time slips in I will drop in.

On a final note, I will be releasing a new website, after we come back in december. Launch will be Jan 1st 2005. As most of you know nothing was done by halves, it was either a dead or alive project. This is very much the same as my approach to life right now. Some of you can guess what it is But it is completely not computer related (suprise suprise).

GK may actually have an interest in this hint hint.

Anyway, till a later date, I may make a response here, not sure.

So it's GF, GF, GF now is it? NFM is no longer your GF, family and life. Wel interests and priorities change. To me a eternity is still the time between you come and the girl leaves (as Havoc said) And I post here in my Boss' time. Which means, while I'm posting here my Boss is paying me. But I'm never going to make enough dough to drive one of those shining BMWs. So this big surprise, you having a kid or something? BM you lucky sob, you get invited everywhere. Artzelda got this jist of what I was saying .... people were saying that they were OWED an explanation when in fact you owed them nothing - the boards were worked on in the wee hours by you - not us - and it was your perogative to take them up or down as you pleased.
I was merely stating that people can moan about being owed an explanation and talk about the old board until then end of time - but it's gone - simple as that - we should move on to getting this new board back up to full speed
