If you mean a redirect script to redirect peeps from you own page, no. If you mean a short URL redirecter like http://home.v3.com/, yes.

I had the same problem with my site redirecting (www.alphatechnics.com.au/), it would error when I tried to use a javascript, so in the end the only way I could get around it was by not 'cloaking' the url address when it redirected - my next option was to pay for hosting, bugger that.

Your redirector doesn't seem to forward requests for files... try changing your javascript path (menu.js) to the full url of your site. I used to use dr.ag for a redirector... free, no popups, and they cloaked as well as forwarded pages.
