Can't open regedit or cmd...

Shoe Industries Group: Private Member Posts: 72 Joined: 18-March 04 Member No.: 20	having a problem opening a couple of windows programs, regedit and cmd.. its telling me that "another program is currently using this file" any ideas cus im stumped... just noticed this tonight, not sure if anything else is having the same problem.. thanks guys... ;) -------------------- Nexside Technology - Nexside.tk
