Thought to drop and ask how all you ppl are doing? The current situation affecting your live ?

Over here they just declared emergency powers and told people to stay at homes as much as possible.. as far as other parts of life, been going ok, now working as a team lead. Other changes going on as well but those I can't yet talk about, haven't yet informed certain people about those yet..

I guess I'm one of the few who still browse here every now and then... had ended up taking a longer break from running but have now picked it up again. And have a new wife =)

As the years pass by... seems that my body is fighting me trying to keep fit :))
few tears in shoulder tendons,.. so now still fighting it with different hand movements, trying to increase strengh of the arms and shoulders.

I've put 1kg weighs on my arms/wrists (on each side of course) and 1.5kg on my ankles (and of course again on each leg) and carry a bag with 6kg (which I alternate every 1 km of walk to be on my front and then on my back) and walk for 6 km every few days.

walking and waiving my arms like British queen's guard - raising my hands above my shoulders and swinging it up/down with every step (and having the 1 kg on each hand becomes very heavy very fast).

Hopefully, I'll gain enough power and strengh from this heavy activity so that after a month, I can start doing SUP again.
