There are a lot of sites that have this service pack now. As a precaution you might want to make sure the MD5 (checksum verifier) matches.....just in case there's a rogue variant around.

From neowin.net: "WinXP SP2 Build 2180 Final. Please ensure you check this file with an MD5 checksum verifier to ensure it's authenticity. The MD5 you should get for the exe is:

59a98f181fe383907e520a391d75b5a7

I verified the download from M$ to have the same MD5 as I got the other day from a different download site:

59a98f181fe383907e520a391d75b5a7

You can find the MD5 for Win32 program (zip file is only 56K) at

hxxp://digestit.kennethballard.com/download.html

After you install it, you right click on the file name to get the checksum confirmation (it shows up as "Hash File" on the right click menu).
