I guess the admins know which persons are active and who arent.. and they also are long timers, so they know the personalities (of the most active persons at least). hence, I believe its up to them to ask ppl they think to be good candidates.. maybe first ask questions and just later ask that person to be admin, its up to them how they do

Its to sad to see this once D best, Board on the net to come this way, I personnaly vouch for Bearsland as admin who has the abbility to run things to a great path.
